Dock Rentals Fees, Discounts, and Travel Insurance are not calculated during Online Booking. These fees/discounts will be calculated at check in.

Reservation Information

Office hours are; 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Please make an appointment if you plan on checking in outside of office hours.

Check-In Time - 4 pm Check-Out Time - 10 am

Telephone reservations held fourteen (14) days only, pending receipt of deposit. Amount of Summer Season deposit will vary with size of unit reserved and length of stay. In spring and fall, one night's deposit required.

Minimum Stays vary by unit. All units except H1B and G3 have a 2 night minimum year around. H1B and G3 have a 7 night minimum Memorial Day to Labor Day and then a 2 night minimum from Labor day to Memorial Day.

Cancellation Policy

A full thirty (30) days are required for cancellation. NO exceptions - No transfer of deposit. Your deposit will be credited or refunded at our option with a $25.00 charge for all cancellation.

Prearrange late arrivals with the office. ALL guests are responsible for payment in full of reserved days regardless of early departure. All rates subject to state, local and lodging taxes. Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are subject to extra charges and need to be cleared through the office prior to the date. Personal checks accepted with Driver's License and Social Security Number.

RENTERS ARE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO CONDO.
$25 returned check charges and fees.
SORRY - NO PETS ALLOWED. Inquire about local boarding facilities.

Dock Rentals

Dock Rental Fees are not included in total for online reservations

$20.00 Per Day - This includes Dock Rental & Trailer Parking. Covered and padded, single well docks with electricity and launching ramp. Crappie beds are located under each dock. Each dock has a sink and water for cleaning your fish. Please inquire about size of boat slips.

The Management requests that large groups use the picnic grounds for eating and socializing, as the units cannot maintain a large volume of people. See chart for maximum persons to a unit. The Management will enforce this policy; it has been abused in the past.
